By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Additionally, while utilizing particular services, you will be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and updated periodically. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms & Conditions.

Homeyard Interior Design offers comprehensive interior design consultation and implementation services. Our services encompass but are not limited to the following:

• Initial Design Consultation: Detailed discussion to understand client needs and preferences.
• Space Planning: Strategic planning to utilize space efficiently.
• Furniture Selection: Assistance in selecting suitable furniture pieces.
• Color and Material Selection: Guidance on choosing colors and materials that align with the design vision.
• Project Management: Coordinating all aspects of the project from inception to completion.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our service forms.
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of our services.
• Refrain from using our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

All payments for services rendered are due as specified in the invoice. Homeyard Interior Design accepts various forms of payment, including credit cards and electronic transfers. Payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the invoice.

If a payment method is declined, you agree to provide an alternative payment method promptly. Failure to pay for the services may result in suspension or termination of the services provided.

Clients wishing to cancel the services must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee, detailed in the client’s contract. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms stated in the contract.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that require Homeyard Interior Design to cancel or reschedule a service, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with the client to reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time.

Homeyard Interior Design shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or transactions entered into through our services, or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible assets.

Homeyard Interior Design makes no warranty that:

• Our services will meet your requirements.
• Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results that may be obtained from the use of our services will be accurate or reliable.
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through our services will meet your expectations.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Homeyard Interior Design operates. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation before resorting to litigation or arbitration.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Users are advised to review these terms periodically to ensure familiarity with the current version. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates acceptance of those changes.

Any material changes to these terms will be notified to users through our website or by email. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have read and understood the most recent version of the terms.

Unless otherwise stated, Homeyard Interior Design and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from this website for your personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from this website without prior written consent.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from this website.

Any information provided by clients during the course of the services will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's consent, except as required by law.

Clients agree to keep any information received from Homeyard Interior Design confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

Homeyard Interior Design reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms and conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Homeyard Interior Design regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Homeyard Interior Design.
